Private Sessions
At Progressive Pilates, we believe in providing each of our clients with
the personal attention they need to achieve their fitness goals. We offer
private sessions so our talented instructors can assess those goals and
work personally with each client to achieve them. Each private session is
55 minutes and is tailored to the client’s fitness objectives.
Small Group Sessions
Progressive Pilates also offers small group Pilates training sessions for
our clients who wish to experience a more economical alternative to private
sessions. Each small group session is 55 minutes and consists of two to
three clients and one instructor. Please note that while we encourage our
clients to choose a Pilates routine that works best for them, all clients
must complete five private sessions before participating in group sessions.
This allows our instructors to properly assess each client’s fitness
level and tailor a program specifically for them.

Reformer Class
Learn what equipment based Pilates is all about! Traditional Pilates exercises have been adapted to the Pilates reformer, creating a completely different exercise experience, using springs for resistance! Reformer classes increase core muscle strength, endurance and increased flexibility and range of motion in the joints. This class can be adapted to all fitness levels. Class size is limited to 4 students.
Class is 45 minutes in duration. 24 hour cancellation policy applies.
Reformer Jumpboard
For those of you looking to kick your reformer workout up a notch! Incorporating the jumpboard into the reformer class will add to your core strength, plus add an extra element of lower body work. It's a great way to learn how the core supports the lower body through effective movement!
Class is 50 minutes in duration. 24 hour cancellation policy applies.
Pilates Flow
A series of postures and moves that flow from one to another building core strength, endurance, flexibility and balance. A variety of props, weights, and equipment will be utilized to challenge your body a whole new way. If you are looking to kick it up a notch this class is for you. You must be very familiar with the basics of Pilates before taking this class.

Tower Class
So maybe you've been taking mat Pilates classes or just tried the reformer for a little variety. Why not try working on the Tower?! It will allow you to experience the Pilates exercise method in a completely different way!

Tower & Prop Class
This class is a combination has a little of everything in it! We utilize the Tower, with some mat exercises then, just for fun, we will incorporate some other Pilates props! The addition of the props will add variety and challenges that round out your Pilates program perfectly.

Dynamic Flow
This class is an exciting mix of Pilates and the dance/ballet principles of barre work, all mixed into 50 minutes of fun sculpting moves! The beauty of this combination is that we will focus on moves that strengthen and firm, while remaining true to our Pilates traditions.

Foam Roller
Pilates exercises done on the foam roller brings already challenging exercises to the next level. You get a workout because of the imbalance in the body forcing you to engage your core and maintain that engagement thru out the class. The foam roller will be used on the Towers and frequently while performing classical mat exercises. Additional benefits of using the foam roller comes from the release of muscle tension when using your own body weight against the roller, adding a massage element to your workout.

Smart Spine
The SmartSpine was developed to ease the biomechanical challenges of the spine during simple core exercises, requiring the use of deep abdominals. By designing a class around this tool, you will be teaching your spine to find proper alignment, allowing you move with ease and flow, throughout your everyday life-we are creating a "Smart Spine"!

*Six classes for $120.00, payable at time of registration by Visa or Mastercard. Class size is limited to 4.
